Today's question is: How do I create a "distribution list" in Microsoft Outlook 2010?

Just when employees started to get used to Microsoft Office 2007 many schools in FCPS are upgrading to Microsoft Office 2010. One of the tools that is used most often by teachers and administrators is the distribution list tool in Outlook. Microsoft decided to change how people create distribution lists or as they call it now a "New Contact Group."
